All Sales are Final: Returns are only accepted if items are damaged or incorrect due to Geneva Candles & Co. Any damage or missing packages caused by third parties must be addressed with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS).
Starting a Return: Contact us at mailto: help@genevacandlesandco.com Approved returns should be sent to: 2158 Cumberland Pkwy SE, Atlanta, GA 30339. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can address the issue. File claims with USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#

Exchanges: Return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. Exchanges are allowed if the return is approved and the customer chooses an exchange over a refund.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Contact us if you haven't received the refund within 15 business days.
