What makes Geneva Candles & Co. unique?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches using natural soy wax, fine fragrance oils, and eco-friendly wood wicks. Every scent is designed to awaken emotion, spark connection, and transform your space into a sanctuary.
What type of wax and wick do you use?
We use 100% natural Deluxe soy wax and sustainably sourced wood wicks. The soft crackle creates a fireside ambience that soothes both the senses and the soul.
How long do your candles burn?
Our 8 oz candles burn for about 40–45 hours, and our 14 oz candles last 60 hours or more. Let the wax melt evenly across the top during your first burn for the best performance.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to 3/16" (5 mm) inch before each use. Keep the wax pool clear of debris, avoid burning longer than four hours, and always let the candle cool completely before relighting.
Are Geneva Candles safe and non-toxic?
Yes. Our soy wax is free of parabens and phthalates, and our wood wicks are clean-burning and sustainable.
What is the best way to extinguish my candle?
Use the lid or a snuffer for a smoke-free finish. Avoid blowing out the flame to keep soot at bay.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes, we create custom candles for weddings, corporate gifts, and private events. Email help@genevacandlesandco.com to start your order.
Why won’t my candle stay lit?
Trim the wood wick to 3/16" (5 mm)inch and remove any charred bits. Burn on a flat, draft-free surface to maintain an even flame.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact help@genevacandlesandco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Mon–Fri). During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take 7-14 business days.
How can I track my package?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Meta, Google Pay, PayPal, Diners Club, and Geneva Candles & Co. gift cards.
Do you offer electronic gift cards?
Yes. Purchase one here. They’re emailed to the purchaser for now, but recipient delivery is coming soon.
